Cancellation Policy
“I understand and agree that: • Heavily soiled vehicles may be subject to additional charges • Pet hair, stains, odors, and excessive dirt are additional • While every effort is made to provide safe and careful service, detailing involves tools and chemicals that may carry minor risks • Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, worn surfaces, loose trim, etc.) may become more visible after cleaning • The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage • The company is not liable for minor scratches or damage that may occur during normal detailing processes • The company is not responsible for electrical or mechanical issues • Loose personal items may be moved if permission is given • The company is not responsible for lost or valuable items left in the vehicle • Access to the vehicle must be provided at the scheduled time • 48-hour notice is required for cancellations • Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions • Additional fees may apply if water/power is
